ACCOUNTS PAYABLE POSITION AVAILABLE NOW
Cash Special Utility District is seeking an experienced full-time Accounts Payable person to work in our office. Some Human Resource experience is preferred. Excellent paid benefits including health insurance & retirement.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive and prepare accounts payable for timely payment of all expenses.
- Receive and calculate time cards bi-weekly for payroll input and payment to employees.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports pertaining to payroll.
- Make payroll tax deposits on a timely basis.
- Prepare retirement reports at end of year and submit to Pensure to compute annual Profit Sharing and 4576 Reports.
- Prepare W2s and 1099s annually.
- Assist Financial Director in all matters pertaining to A/P and Payroll as necessary and all areas linked to payroll such as insurance, child support, deductions, etc. Keep Office Manager informed of any problems.
- Responsible for distribution and reconciliation of Petty Cash.
- Assist with any other duties if requested by Business Manager or General Manager.
- Customer Service; answer phone and wait on customers at front counter or drive-thru window when needed.

SURFACE WATER PLANT OPERATOR NEEDED NOW
Cash Special Utility District is seeking a qualified Surface Water Treatment Plant Operator to work at our Lake Tawakoni plant.
- FULL TIME POSITION.
- EXCELLENT PAID BENEFITS INCLUDING HEALTH INSURANCE, RETIREMENT, UNIFORMS, & CONTINUING EDUCATION.
- POSITION STARTS AT $28 PER HOUR.
MUST HAVE CLASS C (OR HIGHER) SURFACE WATER OPERATOR LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING WITH TCEQ.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitors all phases of plant operation
- Monitors the finished water prior to entry in the distribution system as in accordance with the State and Federal rules
- Hourly and daily water analysis
