CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Applications are now being accepted for Customer Service Representative. Candidates should be able to multi-task and assist customers, fellow employees and management with excellent communication skills and positive attitude. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns in office, via phone and email. 
  • Records, maintains, and scans all water transactions. 
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience. 

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft office. 
  • 1-2 years of related experience in an office environment. 
  • Attention to detail. 

Benefits:

  • DOQ $18 per hours, 40 hours/week M-F 8a-5p
