CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Applications are now being accepted for Customer Service Representative. Candidates should be able to multi-task and assist customers, fellow employees and management with excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns in office, via phone and email.
- Records, maintains, and scans all water transactions.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft office.
- 1-2 years of related experience in an office environment.
- Attention to detail.

- DOQ $18 per hours, 40 hours/week M-F 8a-5p
