To establish a NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT (RESERVICE EXISTING METER), please fill out forms listed on the blue buttons below.
You will need to provide lease or proof of ownership and a signed service agreement with your application.
Service Application sERVICE aGREEMENT
There will be a $200 deposit plus a $60 activation fee due upon account setup. A link for payment will be sent to your email once your application has been reviewed.
